Our Services
Clinical Trial Bioanalysis
We support pharmaceutical companies, biotech organisations and Contract Research Organisations (CROs) with high quality small molecule clinical bioanalysis. Our experience includes pharmacokinetics, metabolite profiling, biomarker analysis, dry blood spot bioanalysis and bespoke assay development. With an assay library of more than 250 small molecule compounds and experience across more than 500 studies, we help research teams progress confidently through each stage of development.
We also support early-stage and exploratory research programmes involving emerging therapeutic areas. This includes bioanalytical support for psychedelic compounds such as Ketamine, Psilocin, DMTs and LSD, where accurate quantification and method development are required to support research projects and proof of concept studies. Our scientists work closely with research teams to deliver robust analytical data that supports safe, well-designed studies.
All work can be carried out under GLP and GCP compliant conditions using state of the art mass spectrometry
Expert Witness Services
Our experienced experts produce clear, independent reports for criminal and civil cases. We explain toxicological findings in the context of each case and provide courtroom testimony when required. Our work is recognised for its clarity, accuracy and credibility.
Forensic Toxicology
Our forensic toxicology team provides detailed analysis and interpretation for coroners, pathologists, police forces and legal professionals. We offer comprehensive LC-MS/MS and high-resolution mass spectrometry testing, including specialist assays for insulin, C peptide, GLP-1 agonists and other compounds relevant to complex or unusual cases.
As part of our expansion programme, we also provide drug testing services. This allows for the rapid identification of seized materials and unknown substances, supporting investigations, public protection and law enforcement decision making. All results are delivered with clear and defensible interpretation, and expert witness testimony is available when required.
Therapeutic Drug Monitoring
We provide therapeutic drug monitoring services to healthcare providers across the UK and Ireland. Our assays cover antipsychotic drugs, immunosuppressants and cardiac drugs. Results are produced within clinically relevant timeframes, and our dedicated encrypted microsite allows clinicians to access clozapine results securely and review patient trends.
