Analytical Services International (ASI) is pleased to confirm Jacqui Dokoupil as Head of the business, providing continuity, experience and a strong focus on service excellence, governance and quality.
Jacqui has been a key member of the ASI team since 2016, initially joining to support finance-related matters before her role expanded to include Customer Service and Governance. Over time, she has played an integral role in strengthening operational processes, enhancing client experience and supporting the continued development of ASI’s forensic toxicology services.
With a background in healthcare and clinical governance, Jacqui brings a well-rounded and practical approach to leadership. She began her career as a Qualified Radiographer in South Africa before relocating to the UK, where she spent several years working within the NHS in clinical governance and project management roles. As a Project Lead, she supported the launch of the first London-based Alcohol Recovery Centre, a night-time economy pilot designed to reduce alcohol-related admissions and pressures on ambulance services and A&E departments. She later led the redesign and initiation of a night-time drug and alcohol service at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, targeting patients at the point they were most likely to engage.
Jacqui holds a Diploma in Radiography and a BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Science and is currently a state registered Paramedic. She is passionate about people, healthcare and the continued advancement of forensic toxicology.
Jacqui brings a strong emphasis on integrity, compliance and partnership, ensuring ASI continues to deliver high-quality, robust analytical services that meet the needs of the legal and clinical sectors. Clients can be confident that ASI remains focused on reliability, scientific excellence and a responsive, client-centred service.
